The foundation of this journey to have more peace, to heal, to connect with yourself can be found in these words. I found healing. This is my journey. A gift I was given.
My invitation if you want more is to just start by picking up this book and reading a few words, turning a few pages, seeing what you are ready for. I sit in awe of my journey, in awe of the gifts that I have been given and in awe that I am so loved. We are all worthy of love, worthy of healing, worthy of more.
After I wrote my book, ‘Want More? Just Start’, I shared it with friends on social media, people I met, patients at Ironwood Chiropractic – especially those who had been in a car accident. Then something happened that made me see more deeply the value of what I had been given and the need for my words to be shared.
A patient emailed me a few months after buying my book to tell me his story. In his story, my book changed him in powerful ways, helping him find his truth that needed light. The magic that my book brought to his healing to a man in his 60s who had struggled his entire life brought me joy, heartache and clarity. Joy for his healing, heartache for his pain and clarity that my book needs to be found by more people.
Each chapter in this book can be read in about five minutes. I still will pick up my book and read just one sentence to get a postive message for my moment, my day. This book is a resource to turn back to again and again as you heal and take the best care of you.
