From the two year old who wouldn’t take no for an answer to the 37 year old who ran her first and only marathon, to the 50 year old publishing her second book, here I get to introduce you to me, to give you a piece of my identity and possibly spark in you, connection of your identity and who we truly are.

The heart I developed in the loving home I grew up in with two incredible parents and 7 diverse, outstanding sisters.
The heart I learned of as I explored singing, playing sports, pursuing my education, friendships, love, prayer, nature and more.
My teacher heart studying at ASU and pursuing a 16 year long career educating children.
My love to be in love heart as I found a loving companion to share my dreams and life with.
My momma heart as I raised 4 incredible children to guide them to their passion, learning, and joy.
My aching heart as life delivered challenges in ways to include divorce, sickness, death, financial struggles, confusion and pain.
My healing heart as I found new parts of my identity through nature, time alone, professional counseling, studying and self love.
My healer heart as I started my second career as the co-owner of Ironwood Chiropractic.
My playful heart as I allowed myself the space to explore, play and heal.
My double blessed heart as my world expanded to include grandchildren.
My shining bright heart as I wrote books and created this space to share to a wider audience for more healing.
I love sitting with my heart, with me, getting to know me. I feel like about Janny is a part of me that will always evolve as I get to know more and more of me, finding my identity on a road of discovery and joy.
